To ensure its longevity and vibrant appearance, please keep it away from direct sunlight, radiators, or other heat sources, as temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F) can cause warping or melting. For cleaning, simply wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or strong solvents which can damage the finish. While durable, please handle with care, especially around intricate details, and keep out of reach of young children if the design includes small or easily breakable elements that could pose a choking hazard.

Returns & Refunds
Please note: returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized and non-digital products within 14 days starting from the order arrival date. No additional cost for you if the product proved as originally dispatched broken. Please note: we check product quality and make photo fixation on every dispatched shipment. Returned products must be free of defects and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us.
As per legislation, the right of return does not apply to customized products such as custom-made 3D-printed items. But please contact us, we will try to find a solution 🤝.
