Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Yumaster09 — custom and replacement 3D printing, made in Finland (EU).

This page explains what I make, what I don’t make, and the simple rules for ordering. Please read it before placing a custom order. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

What I make ✅

I create decorative, hobby, and household 3D prints, including:

  • Personalized signs and nameplates
  • Wargaming and diorama terrain and scenery (trenches, ruins, fortifications, bases, accessories)
  • Cosmetic and display parts for classic and vintage cars (interior knobs, trim clips, bezels, dashboard organizers, display models)
  • Replacement household parts (curtain hooks, clips, brackets, organizers, sewing and gardening parts, cable management)
  • Hobby tools, jigs, and gifts

All items are printed in PLA or PETG plastic. I always send you a preview before printing.

What I do NOT make ❌

For safety and legal reasons, I do not print the following — even on request:

  • Any part that holds weight or is structural (load-bearing brackets, supports, climbing or sports gear)
  • Any car, motorcycle, or bicycle part that affects driving, braking, steering, engine, fuel, or electrical safety — I make cosmetic and interior parts only
  • Medical, dental, or orthotic items, or anything for health use
  • Toys intended for children under 3 years old
  • Food-contact items (anything that touches food or drink)
  • Weapon, firearm, or flying-drone parts
  • Anything protected by copyright or trademark that you do not own (see Intellectual Property below)

If your request falls outside what I make, I’ll let you know politely and, where possible, suggest a safer alternative.

How custom orders work

  1. Send your request through my Custom Request form with a photo, sketch, or description and the approximate size.
  2. I review it to confirm it fits what I make.
  3. I send you a preview and a price quote. Nothing is printed yet.
  4. You approve and pay a 50% deposit. This confirms the order.
  5. I print and photograph your item.
  6. You pay the balance, and I ship.

Typical lead time is 3–7 working days after approval, depending on size and queue.

Previews, fit, and tolerances

Because each custom item is made to order, please note:

  • The preview image or 3D model shows the design before printing. Approving it means you accept the shape and size shown.
  • 3D printing has small tolerances (usually within a fraction of a millimetre). For replacement parts, accurate measurements from you give the best fit. If you are unsure how to measure, ask me and I’ll guide you.
  • Colours on screen may differ slightly from the final plastic.

Materials & safety (please read)

  • My prints are made from PLA or PETG. These are decorative and functional household plastics — they are not heat-proof, not UV-proof for long outdoor exposure, and not suitable for structural or safety-critical use.
  • PLA can soften in a hot car or in direct strong sun. For outdoor or warmer uses, ask me about PETG, which handles heat and weather better.
  • All items are sold for decorative, hobby, or light household use only. I provide no warranty of fitness for any technical, mechanical, or safety purpose.
  • Keep small parts away from young children and pets.

Intellectual property (your designs)

  • When you send me a design, photo, or file, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or that it is free to use. You are responsible for any copyright or trademark in what you ask me to print.
  • I will not reproduce items protected by someone else’s copyright or trademark (for example, branded miniatures, company logos, or registered car emblems) unless you can show you have the right to it and it is for your personal use.
  • All of my own designs, photos, text, and product images remain my property and are licensed under the terms shown in the website footer. They may not be copied, resold, or used on other marketplaces.

Returns & refunds & Privacy Policies

I want you to be happy with your order. Under EU consumer rules:

  • Ready-made (stock) items: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original condition, and I make photo-fixation before sending an order. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty.
  • Custom or personalized items: Because these are made specially for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is normal under EU law for made-to-order goods.
  • Faulty, damaged, or wrong items: Always covered. If something arrives broken or not as described, contact me within 14 days with a photo and I’ll repair, replace, or refund it.

  • Right of Withdrawal — Custom and Personalized Items
    Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized — including custom-embroidered patches, custom 3D-printed designs, and giclée prints made from your supplied artwork — are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki). Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Ready-to-go items from our standard catalogue (not customized to your specifications) remain eligible for withdrawal within 14 days of delivery via Withdrawal page always available in the website footer or here

Shipping

  • I ship within the EU, with delivery times about 5-8 days depending on your location. I ship from Finland.
  • You are responsible for giving a correct address. Re-shipping due to a wrong address may cost extra.

These products are made in Finland, EU. They are decorative/non-structural items in PLA or PETG. Care and use information is provided with the order as an insert and on each product page.
